Good Morning ππ Myself Huzefah and I will be discussing on topic BE HEALTHY. Everyone wants to be healthy in their life but itβs not too easy but today I will give u some tips to be healthy
1. Always wake up early and just go for a walk
2. After a walk just drink milk and eat an apple
3. Never ever drink water just after eating because it slow down the digestion process.
4. Always try to eat less salt , sugar and less oil food
5. Try to avoid outside and junk food
6. Try to intake less calorie food
7. After eating dinner dont go to sleep just go for a walk in ur area and then sleep because it helps to digest food and u will be secure from digestion problem.
