Myself Huzefah and I will be discussing on topic BE HEALTHY. Everyone wants to be healthy in their life but it’s not too easy but today I will give some tips to be healthy.

1. Every morning ge awake early by 5 or 6.

2. After get awake just go to a walk or for jogging.

3. After that just eat apple or any other fruit.

4. Then maintain your diet and try to avoid junk and outside food.

5. Try to use less salt and sugar and also try to intake less calories.

6. Never drink water after eating because it slow down the digestion process.

7. After dinner don’t just go to bed first take a short walk in your area and then go to sleep so that after walking ur food will digest and u will not need to face any digestion problem.
